Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation between 29 and 14 days prior to your arrival you will receive a 50% refund of your payment. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you will not receive a refund. By signing this rental agreement, you waive any right to a refund of the payments that might otherwise arise by operation of law, such as by either party’s impossibility of performance, or by governmental action, natural disaster, extreme weather events.
